Dr Marianna Campbell (she/her)
BSc, DRANZCOG, MBBS, FRACGP
Hi! I’m Dr Marianna Campbell
I completed my Bachelor of Science and my postgraduate medical degree at the University of Queensland, and have since worked in a variety of hospital and general practice settings. I am a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of GPs. I find joy and challenge in the great diversity of general practice, and particularly enjoy caring for children. I have a special interest in sexual and reproductive health (SRH) care, having completed a diploma of obstetrics and gynaecology at the Gold Coast Hospital. This means I provide comprehensive SRH care from first menstrual periods through to perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
I strive to provide safe, inclusive and non-judgemental care. My approach is weight neutral, assisting people with their health goals regardless of their body weight, shape or size. I encourage health-promoting behaviours without pursuing intentional weight loss.
I also provide gender-affirming care using an informed consent model for those over the age of 18. I am happy to help co-ordinate gender affirming care for those under the age of 18. I am also able to insert oestradiol implants.
Outside of work I love surfing, reading, gardening and travelling, and am kept busy with my two children.
